Brief Description Of The Project: The Proposed Project Aims To Build An International Fintech Institute (Ifi) In The Gift, That Intends To Develop High Quality Skills To Support Rapidly Expanding Fintech Ecosystem Nationally And Internationally. The Ifi Shall Develop And Enhance The Fintech Ecosystem By: (I) Designing And Delivering Industry-Aligned Fintech Training Programs; (Ii) Supporting Start-Up Incubation And Acceleration; (Iii) Enhancing Technological Research And Development; And (Iv) Strengthening Institutional Capacity. Brief Description Of Goods And Related Services, Works Or Consulting Services To Be Procured And Retroactive Financing: All Advance Contracting Will Be Undertaken In Conformity With Adb Procurement Policy (2017, As Amended From Time To Time) And Procurement Regulations For Adb Borrowers (2017, As Amended From Time To Time) Using Adb Standard Bidding Documents. While Advance Contracting Is Part Of The Normal Procedure, Approval Of Advance Contracting And Retroactive Financing Does Not Commit Adb To Approve The Loan Or To Finance The Project Costs.
