The City Of Madison Is Seeking Proposals For Janitorial Services. City Buildings Are Occupied By City Of Madison Officials, Employees, And Are Visited Daily By People Conducting Business With The City. Town Park Holds Multiple Special Events Throughout The Year. The Contractor Will Need To Be Available For Additional Cleaning During Special Events. It Shall Be The Contractor’S Responsibility To Verify All Cleanable Square Footage Per Facility. The City Reserves The Right To Add Or Delete Facilities As Deemed Necessary Throughout The Term Of The Contract. Contractors Will Be Required To Provide Their Own Cleaning Equipment And Supplies. Contractors Must Be Able To Provide The City With A Certificate Of Insurance, E-Verify Affidavit, And A W-9. The City Will Provide All Restroom Supplies (Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Hand Soap, Etc.). Sealed Proposals Should Be Mailed Or Delivered To City Of Madison, P.O. Box 32, 132 North Main Street, Madison, Ga 30650, By 2:00Pm (Local Time) On August 11, 2023. The Proposals Must Be Marked On The Outside Of The Proposal Envelope “Rfp – Janitorial Services”.
