1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Reconstruction Of The Village Hall Building Located In Golińsk No. 30, For The Needs Of The Senior Club+2. Description Of Construction Works: 1) Demolition Works: A) Disassembly Of Installations, Devices And Equipment. B) Disassembly Of Windows And Doors. C) Demolition Of Partition Walls. ) Making New Partition Walls In Order To Improve The Existing Functional Layout And Bricking Up The Openings In The Walls Between The Rooms. Internal Doors And External Doors.E) Finishing Works - Plaster Coatings, Tiles, Switches, Plug Sockets, Lighting. F) External Works - Pavement Around The Building.3. The Detailed Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Rules For The Implementation Of Construction Works Are Specified In The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Which Includes: Technical Documentation (Including: Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design), Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works. 4. Construction Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Standards And Technical Conditions, In A Manner That Does Not Infringe The Interests Of Third Parties. 5. If The Technical Documentation Would Indicate Trademarks, Patents Or Origin In Relation To Some Materials Or Devices - The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 99 Sec. 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, Allows Offering Equivalent Solutions. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Characteristics That Must Be Met By Materials Or Devices Offered By The Contractor In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Are Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Use Of Exemplary Manufacturer Names Is Therefore Not Intended To Violate Art. 99 Sec. 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, But Specifying The Level Of Expectations Of The Employer In Relation To A Specific Solution. The Use Of Names Of Manufacturers Or Products Is For Illustrative Purposes Only. The Contracting Authority, Indicating The Designation Of A Specific Manufacturer (Supplier) Or A Specific Product In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, At The Same Time Allows Equivalent Products With Quality Parameters And Functional Characteristics At Least At The Level Of The Indicated Product, Thus Recognizing Each Product With The Indicated Or Better Quality Parameters And Functional Characteristics. 6. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Prove That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Contracting Authority. In Such A Case, The Contractor Shall Attach To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Together With Its Description Or Standards. 7. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Offer At Least A 36-Month Guarantee And Warranty Period For Defects.
