Attached To The Fence - For Reassembly, • Cleaning Of All Elements Of Wooden Spans (Boards , Bolts And Roof), • Minor Repairs Involving The Replacement Of Damaged/Missing Elements (Eg Flashing Boards, Eaves, Etc.) - Approx. 5%. Material For The Replaced Elements: Coniferous Sawn Timber (Pine Or Spruce), Dimensions In Relation To The Existing Replaced Elements, • Twice Maintenance With An Impregnating Agent, Insecticide And Fungicide, Resistant To Weather Conditions, Made Using The Min. Double Painting Or Pressure Spraying; Coloring Agent - Color In Relation To The Color Of The Existing Fence (To Be Agreed With The Ordering Party), • Cleaning Of Metal Elements, • Installation Of Previously Dismantled Boards And Markings; • Tidying Up The Work Site. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Design Documentation - Appendix No. 1 To The Swz (Design Documentation, Bills Of Quantities, Stwior). 4. Wherever In The Tor And Its Appendices There Are Terms Indicating Trademarks, The Ordering Party Allows The Contractors To Offer Equivalent Products, Materials Or Devices. Wherever The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, Technical Approvals, European Technical Assessments, Common Technical Specifications, Technical Specifications Which Are Not Mandatory And Other Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 30 Sec. 1 Point 2 And Sec. 3 Of The Act, The Employer Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. 5. It Is Possible To Carry Out A Site Inspection Of The Place Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract After Prior Agreement With The Ordering Party. The Cost Of The Site Visit Is Borne By The Contractor.
