The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction Of The Internal Road Located On Plot No. 326 In The Month Of Szczecno In The Daleszyce Commune.1) The Scope Of The Investment Includes In Particular: - Reconstruction Of The Internal Road With A Length Of 150 M And A Width Of 4.0 M; Mechanical Troughing - Drainage Layer From Sand - Pavement Made Of Asphalt Concrete; - Construction Of Hard Shoulder With Aggregate; - Execution Of Aggregate Exits; - Height Adjustment Of The Water Supply Gate Valve; - Installation Of Road Signs - Clearing Of Bushes - If Necessary - Ground For Raising The Roadside From The Delivery - If Necessary2) The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out The Works In Such A Way That Vehicular And Pedestrian Traffic Is Possible Throughout Their Duration At The Place Of Works, Supervise The Safety Of Road Users, Ensure Safety Conditions For Employees Performing Road Works. The Marking Of The Works Performed, The Working Equipment And The Protection Of Employees Is Made By The Contractor, In Accordance With The Instructions For Marking Works Carried Out In The Right-Of-Way And Other Relevant Regulations. The Contractor Of The Works Is Also Responsible For Any Effects Resulting From Work Under Traffic. Marking And Securing The Works Must Be In Accordance With The Traffic Organization Plan Approved By The Employer For The Duration Of The Works. The Traffic Organization Plan For The Duration Of The Works Should Be Prepared By The Contractor And Approved By The Traffic Management Authority. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Organizational And Technical Methods Used At The Construction Site.
