The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of A Central Heating Installation Based On A Fan Coil System In The Building Of The Commune Office In Cewice, Located At 16 W. Witosa Street In Cewice. Scope Of The Subject Of The Order1. Disassembly Of The Existing Central Heating Installation Including: A) Disassembly Of 2-Port Radiator Valves, B) Disassembly Of Steel Panel Radiators: Double Panel, C) Disassembly Of Cast Iron Radiators, D) Disassembly Of Steel Pipelines. 2. Installation Works Of Central Heating And Air-Conditioning Installations, Including: A) Installation Of Shut-Off And Filter Fittings On Pipes Connected To Fan Coil Units. B) Installation Of A Shut-Off Valve Equipped With A Filter Mesh In The Flow Pipe. C) Installation Of A Shut-Off Valve In The Return Pipe. D) Connection Of Fan Coil Units With Condensate Drainage System. 3.F) Installation On Walls Of Holders For Mounting Installation Pipes Made Of Non-Combustible Materials (Including Pins) With Vibration Damping (Isophonic) Spacers. The Holders Should Be Fastened With The Use Of Wall Plugs With A Structure That Takes Into Account The Material From Which The Building Partition Was Made. I) Installation Of Steel Floor-Mounted Fan Coils With Side Connection In A 2-Pipe Water System, Hung On External Walls Under Windows With The Following Characteristics: - Narrow Construction, - Quiet Operation - Maximum Sound Pressure Cannot Exceed 42.5 Db(A), - Efficient Fan With Low Noise Level, - Aluminum Heat Exchanger With Hydrophilic Coating And Internal Grooved Copper Tube With High Heat Exchange Efficiency, - Galvanized Steel Housing, - Condensate Tray With Drain, Complete With Anti-Condensation Insulation, - Polypropylene Filter - Decorative Masking Panels Made Of High-Quality Aluminum Alloy, - With A Thermal Power Of Up To 5000 W And A Heating Power Of Up To 4.2 Kw And A Cooling Power Of Up To 3.10 Kw. In The Case Of Fan Coils Installed In Sanitary Facilities And Communication Parts, They Should Be Located On Internal Partitions. J) Installation Of Automatic Air Vents With Dn15 Shut-Off Valves. Covered With A Layer Of Aluminum Foil.3. Accompanying Works, Including: A) Insulating The Walls Of The Building With Polystyrene Boards Using The Light-Wet Method. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Described In The Documentation Attached To The Contract Documents. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Design Documentation And The Bill Of Quantities, The Provisions Of The Design Documentation Should Be Considered First, And Then The Bill Of Quantities.2. The Contractor Who Refers To A Solution Equivalent To That Described By The Employer Is Obliged To Demonstrate At The Stage Of Submitting The Offer That The Works, Materials, Etc. Offered By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Employer In Relation To The Subject Of The Contract. When Assessing Equivalence, The Employer Will Be Guided By Such Elements As Functionality And Strength, Which In The Proposed Equivalent Solutions Should Not Be Lower Than Those Described In The Procedure Documents For A Given Solution, Material Or Function. Documents Aimed At Demonstrating Equivalence Are Part Of The Offer Describing The Offered Item, And Therefore Are Not Subject To Supplementation. The Description Of The Proposed Equivalent Solutions Should Be Detailed Enough To Enable The Ordering Party, When Evaluating The Tenders, To Assess Whether The Requirements Concerning Their Technical Parameters Are Met And Whether The Proposed Solutions Are Equivalent.3. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Grant At Least 36 Months Warranty For Defects And 36 Months Quality Guarantee For The Executed Subject Of The Contract. Both Periods Are Equalized. At The Same Time, The Extension Of These Periods Is Possible. In Such A Case, Declaring A Longer Period Will Result In An Appropriate Score In The Offer Evaluation Criteria4. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks Related To The Construction Works Covered By The Subject Of The Contract. 5. Electronic Catalogs - The Ordering Party Does Not Require Submitting An Offer In The Form Of Electronic Catalogs. Disabled People. Central Heating Installation Should Be Placed In A Way That Does Not Hinder The Movement Of The Disabled Persons. Requirements Related To Employment On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship1. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or A Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Current Provisions Of The Labor Code, Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order: 1. Assembly And Installation Works2. Plastering Works3. Electrical Works
