1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Modernization Of Street Lighting In The Towns Of Iłów, Brzozów Stary And Giżyce In The Municipality Of Iłów. The Modernization Will Be Preceded By A Lighting Audit Performed By The Contractor. 2. The Order Covers The Dismantling Of 319 Existing Sodium Luminaires Owned By Energa Oświaty Sp. Z O. O. And Delivery And Installation Of New Road Lamp Fittings Equipped With Led Light Sources In Place Of The Dismantled 319 Lamps, With Power Selected So That For The Existing Geometry Of Roads And Streets, And The Existing Arrangement Of Poles, Meet The Lighting Requirements Specified In The Pn-En: 13201: 2007 Standard Or Equivalent, And The Pn-En 13201:2007 Standard Or Equivalent. 3. Z O.O., Which Made The Infrastructure In Question Available To The Ordering Party, On The Basis Of A Lease, For The Purpose Of Carrying Out The Public Procurement Procedure. 8. Installation Of Power Cords For New Lighting Fixtures With Protections And New Terminals Appropriate For The Type Of Network. 9. Replacement Of Extension Cords, Current Terminals, Sockets And Fuse Inserts. 10. Submission Of The Contractor To Energa Oświaty Sp. Z O. O., With A Request To Open The Liquidation Of Disassembly Materials - Luminaires Owned By Energa Oświaty Sp. Z O.O.11. Preparation And Agreement By The Contractor Of Modernization Works Schedules With Energa Oświaty Sp. Z O. O. (The Work Schedule Is To Be Agreed And Reported To The Employer)12. Performing An As-Built Inventory Of The Lighting Of The Iłów Commune (Inventory In Paper And Electronic Form - Pdf).13. The Completion Of The Works Will Be Accepted With The Final Report Of The Works Along With The Execution Of The Reports Of Measurements Of The Required Parameters. In Order To Effectively Carry Out The Acceptance, It Is Necessary To Obtain Confirmation Of The Transfer Of Disassembly Materials.14. Technical Requirements For Agreeing On Modernization Of Lighting: A) Energa Oświaty Sp. Z O. O. Will Verify The Lighting Modernization Solution Proposed By The Contractor In Terms Of The Materials Used And The Compliance Of Photometric Calculations, Based On Compliance With The Requirements Of The Swz, B) The Technical Design Should Precisely And Unambiguously Describe The Scope Of The Planned Modernization, The Number And Location Of Lighting Points, Specifying Their Type, Power , Type With Luminaire Assembly Parameters And The Luminaire Power Supply Point. The Expected Form Of Documentation Appropriate For The Planned Scope Of Works - Replacement Of Luminaires And Controls (Single-Line Diagrams Or A Map With The Location Of Luminaires And Their Status, Tabular Summary Of The State Before And After Modernization, Disassembly And Assembly Of Luminaires And Other Accessories), C) Lists Of Luminaires On Facilities They Should Be Compiled Broken Down Into Individual Ppe,D) After The Project Is Completed, It Should Be Sent For Approval To The Department Of Realization Of Services Of The South Region Of Energa Oświaty Sp. C) As-Built Documentation Should Be Provided In Paper And Electronic Versions And Should Include: Technical Description, Diagrams, Plans, Certificates And Declarations Of Conformity Of Built-In Materials. Measurements Of The Effectiveness Of Anti-Shock Protection, Measurements Of Lighting Intensity/Luminance For Roadways, Sidewalks And Bicycle Paths, Before And After Power Reduction, Acceptance Protocol Between The Employer And The Contractor.16. The Order Should Be Carried Out In A Proper Manner, With The Protection And Marking Of The Area Of ​​The Works Carried Out, And The Commencement Of Works Should Be Agreed With The Owner Of The Energa Oświaty Sp.
