The Following Objectives Seek To Improve Approaches To Mode Choice Modelling Through: A. A Review Of The Current And Emerging Scientific And Transport Literature Pertaining To The Substantive Drivers Or Variables Behind Travel Mode Choice As They Apply To: I. Multi-Modal, Multi-Leg, Multi-User Journeys, And Critical Journeys Ii. Interaction Effects Among These Variables. B. Development Of A Rationalised Set Of Data Inputs Is Required, In Addition To A Critique Of Said Inputs That May Be Used To Enhance Future Data Quality And Data Gathering Efforts. C. Development Of Standardised Procedures That Enable Actors Around Aotearoa/New Zealand To Coordinate Efforts And Share Comparable Findings.
