1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Existing Building, The Construction Of External Stairs, The Development Of The Area Around The Building As Part Of The Task: Improvement Of Energy Efficiency Of A Multi-Functional Building In Grzmiaca Along With Its Modernization, Plot No. 2. General Assumptions Of The Subject Of The Contract A) Thermal Modernization Of The Building B) Reconstruction And Renovation Of Rooms C) Reconstruction Of Selected Existing External Stairs D) Separating The Staircase In The B Wing As A Separate Fire Protection Zone, Installation Of A Smoke Vent, Installation Of An Aeration Door With An Actuator. E) Adaptation Of The Building To The Needs Of The Disabled: 1) Reconstruction Of The Pedestrian Surface In Front Of The Main Entrance To The Building (In Part A) 2) Construction Of External Stairs In A Steel Structure In Order To Install An External Stair Platform Enabling Access To The First Floor In Wing A And The Ground Floor In Wing B (Recreation Room) 3) Separation Of Toilets For The Disabled On The Floors That Will Be Used By A Disabled Person F) Reconstruction Of Internal Installations In Order To Improve Energy Efficiency3. As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Additionally Be Required To Build Two Flagpoles In Accordance With The Small Local Infrastructure Project Attached To Appendix No. 10 To The Tor. 4. During The Construction Works, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Restore The Green Areas At The Facility, I.E. Lawendowe Wzgórza, To The State Before The Commencement Of Construction Works.
