The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Referred To In Paragraph 1 Has Been Divided Into Two Stages: Design Documentation Based On The Functional-Utility Program Referred To In Section 6 Of This Chapter And, If Necessary - Make An Effective Notification Of Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit. 2) Stage Ii Build - Under Which Construction Works Should Be Performed On The Basis Of Design Documentation Developed By The Contractor Under This Order And Authors Supervision, As Provided For In Art. 20 Sec. 1 Point 4 Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law. 3. As Part Of The Task Aimed At The Reconstruction Of The Playground At Reymonta Street, The Following Works Are To Be Performed: Disassembly Of The Existing Playground Equipment Along With Elements Of Small Architecture And The Existing Fence; Removal Of The Sod In The Place Of The Designed Playground; Execution Of The Foundation For A Safe Surface; Construction Of A Safe Surface Made Of Rubber Granulate, Approx. 8X23 M; Construction Of An Additional Fence Of Approx. 14M; Renovation/Repair And Installation Of Play Equipment With Elements Of Small Architecture And Fencing; Installation Of An Additional Fence; Installation Of Additional Devices Provided By The Kindergarten; Execution And Installation Of A Commemorative Plaque (Based On The Template Provided By The Employer Constituting An Attachment To The Fup); In The Event Of Destruction Of Green Areas On The Plot In Question, Restoration Of The Above-Mentioned By Topsoiling And Sowing Grass. 4. The Investment In Question Is Located At 16 Reymonta Street In Zgorzelec, On Plot No. Ix Am-2. The Investment Area Is Covered By The Local Spatial Development Plan For The Ujazd P noc District In Zgorzelec, Adopted By Resolution No. 165/08 Of The Zgorzelec City Council Of April 24, 2008. The Area Marked With The Symbol: U2.5. The Playground Covered By The Study Is Located On The Premises Of Primary School No. Jaros awa Iwaszkiewicza In Zgorzelec, Therefore It Must Be Adapted To The Needs Of All Users Of The Facility. Development Of Design Documentation (Stage I), Solutions Should Be Designed That Take Into Account Accessibility For People With Special Needs In Such A Way That They Can Use Services, Facilities Or Space Independently On An Equal Footing With Other Users, Meeting The Necessary Conditions For Using Public And Residential Facilities Multi-Family Housing By People With Special Needs, In Accordance With The Act Of 19 July 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs. 8. Requirements Regarding The Guarantee: 1) The Employer Requires A Minimum 36-Month Guarantee Period For The Construction Works Performed And The Materials Used. 2) The Warranty Period Referred To In Point 1 Begins With The Signing Of The Final Acceptance Report With The I Accept Clause. 3) If Inspections, Maintenance Or Other Service Activities Related To The Proper Use Of , All These Activities Must Be Provided By The Contractor And Included In The Offer Price. 4) The Warranty Period For The Construction Works Performed And The Materials Used Is One Of The Tender Evaluation Criteria. The Ordering Party Specifies The Maximum Scoring Guarantee Period Of 60 Months.
