The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Medical Gases In Accordance With The Attached Assortment And Price Form (Annex 1) Together With The Lease Of Medical Gas Cylinders And The Lease Of A Cryogenic Tank Providing Oxygen For The Installation. - The Contractor Will Provide Service For Liquid Oxygen Tanks, 24 Hours A Day (Access, Telephone, E-Mail To Persons Providing Service) During The Term Of The Contract. Costs Related To The Udt Examination, Technical Inspections, Repairs. - The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove Defects In The Tanks Within 48 Hours Of Reporting The Defect By The Employer, And To Secure Medical Oxygen Necessary For The Functioning Of The Hospital For The Duration Of The Repair Of The Tank. - The Employer Undertakes To Return The Liquid Oxygen Tanks In A Condition Not Worse Than The Wear And Tear Resulting From Normal Operation. - The Contractor, For His Part, Will Appoint A Contact Person With The Employer Responsible For Operation, Maintenance And Service. - Liquid Oxygen Will Be Delivered On Working Days Based On Readings From Devices Telemetry Installed At Liquid Oxygen Tanks, Delivery Time Up To 2 Working Days. - Delivery Of Liquid Oxygen Should Be Carried Out By Tankers Equipped With Measuring Devices And Pumps With A Power Of Not More Than 30 Kw. - Certificates Confirming The Quality And Parameters Of Gas Will Be Delivered With Each Delivery. - Disassembly Of The Tanks After The End Of The Contract Will Take Place After A Written Consent Signed By Both Parties.
