Tenders Are Invited For Public Service Concession: Design, Financing, Construction, Operation Of A New Heating And Cooling Network And Its Production Facilities South Of Tours M tropole Val De Loire
Public Service Concession: Design, Financing, Construction, Operation Of A New Heating And Cooling Network And Its Production Facilities South Of Tours M tropole Val De Loire. Entrust The Production, Transport And Distribution Of Heating And/Or Cooling Energy On The Perimeter Concerned By The Project. The Heating Network Will Be Supplied Mainly By Renewable Energies From Existing Production Facilities Or Those To Be Created. The Concession Contract Will Take Effect From The Date Of Its Notification. It Will End 24 Years After The Commissioning Of The Network, Or At The Latest 26 Years After Notification Of The Contract. The Agreement That Is The Subject Of This Consultation Is A Concession Contract, In Accordance With Articles L.14111 To L.141119 Of The General Code Of Territorial Communities, And Articles L.31001 And Following And R. 31111 And Following Of The Code Of Public Order
