Inside Of The Building Will Have New Partitions Replaced To Form A Kitchen, Accessible Wc And Lobby Space. New Plumbing Will Also Be Required To Serve The Kitchen Sink, Wc Whb And Hot Water Cylinder. Along With This, New Flooring Is Required, And All Interior Spaces Are To Be Painted. External Maintenance Work Is Also Required, Including Guttering, General Repairs And Painting.
