Within The Implementation Framework Of The Second Water Sector Institutional Development The Project (Wsidp Ii), Participatory Sanitation Master Plans For Three Cities Were Developed. Among The Activities In The Program Was Piloting Of Small-Scale Sanitation Service Delivery In Peri-Urban. One Of The Main Bottlenecks Identified In The Master Plan Was Mismatch Of The Pace And Uncoordinated Activities In Water And Sanitation Services. As A Follow-Up Activity, The Fcmu-Wb/Afd Is Intends To Hire A Consultant Firm, To Undertake The Development Of A National Sanitation Strategy (Urban And Rural Areas). Interested Consultant Firm Must Provide Information Indicating That They Are Qualified To Perform The Services (Description Of Similar Assignments, Experience In Similar Conditions, Etc.).
