The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of The Sjh1.19 Hospital Lift No. 2 (Serial Number A55373) Used In Building E Of Diagnostics Imaging Of The Oncology Center In Bydgoszcz For A New Lift, While Meeting The Requirements Contained In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Limit Requirements For Delivery And Replacement Of The Crane And The Contract Template Constituting Appendix No. 4 To Swz.2. When Valuing The Subject Of The Order, The Following Should Be Taken Into Account: Packaging, Insurance, Loco Transport Of The New Device To The Place Of Assembly Works, Disassembly Of The Old Crane, Cost Of The Ladder In The Shaft Pit, Lighting Of The Shaft, Laying Of An Appropriate Power Supply System, Performance Of Necessary Construction And Finishing Works, Supervision Of Works And Start-Up, Preparation Of Documentation Agreed With The Office Of Technical Inspection, Obtaining A Permit From The Office Of Technical Inspection For Use, Any Burdens Related To Import, Participation In The Examination Carried Out By The Office Of Technical Inspection.3. The Subject Of The Order Should Include The Connection Of The Crane In The So-Called A Group With Crane No. 1, Factory Number D8keq261, Operated In The Vicinity Of The Replaced Crane.4. The External Appearance Of The Crane Should Be Adapted To The Crane Operated In The Vicinity As Much As Possible. This Applies To Cabin Doors, Façades, Framing Of Openings At Stops, Floor Indicators And Other Finishing Elements.
