Settlement Of All Formalities And Costs Related To The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor And Is Included In The Price. The Place Where The Works Will Be Carried Out Shall Be Secured By The Contractor Against Access By Third Parties.7. The Contractor Should Take Into Account The Works Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities, Which May Not Constitute Grounds For The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration8. The Entire Subject Of The Order Must Be Completed By October 16, 20239. The Completed Construction Works And Equipment Installed Or Delivered As Part Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Covered By The Warranty And Guarantee, On The Terms Set Out In The Contract Template, For A Period Of Min. 3 Years. The Warranty And Guarantee Period Is Also One Of The Tender Evaluation Criteria. The Contractor May Offer A Longer Warranty And Guarantee Period, For Which He Will Receive Additional Points, In Accordance With Chapter Viii Swz. 10. The Contractor Will Purchase And Deliver To The Construction Site All Elements, Devices And Materials Necessary To Perform Construction Works, Installations, As Well As Intended For Works Provided For In The Design Documentation. Elements Of Equipment (Devices) Must Be Products Of Appropriate Quality, Brand New, Complete, Unused, Free From Material, Construction And Legal Defects. They Must Be Marked In Such A Way That The Product And Manufacturer Can Be Identified. 11. The Contractor Shall Carry Out The Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Perform All Accompanying Activities Necessary To Complete The Entire Investment. The Contractor Assumes Full Responsibility For The Proper Execution, Commissioning, Adjustment And Operation Of The Equipment, As Well As For The Quality Of The Finish, As Well As The Quality Of The Performed Restoration Works.
