1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation, Delivery And Distribution Of Hot One-Course Meals For Children And School Youth In The Aleksandrów Commune As Part Of The Supplementary Nutrition For The Following Institutions: - Kindergarten In Aleksandrów (At Ul. Klonowa 11 And Ul. Wesoła 1) - Primary School . Children Of The Zamość Region In Aleksandrów (Aleksandrów 104, Aleksandrów 554) From 10:10 To 13:00 3) The Ordering Party Estimates The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract In The Amount Of 14,840 Meals (Estimated Amount). The Final Number Of Meals Ordered Will Depend On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party, And Therefore The Number Of Meals Ordered During The Term Of The Contract May Be Less Than Specified In This Tor. Number Of Children Attending Primary School Covered By Supplementary Nutrition - Approx. 40. Number Of Children Attending Kindergarten Covered By Supplementary Nutrition - Approx. 30. Denmark. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Repetition Of The Same Type Of Meals Within 2 Weeks. The Second Non-Meat Dish Cannot Occur More Often Than Once A Week.5) One Portion Of The Meal Should Contain: A) Soup With A Weight Of At Least 300 Ml Plus Two Slices Of Bread Or A Roll Plus Fruit Min. 50 G. B) Second Dish With A Minimum Weight Of 300 G: Meat Min. 100G Or Substitute Min. 100 G (E.G. Fish, Meatballs, Roulades, Etc.), Potatoes 100 G Or Substitute 100 G (E.G. Pasta, Rice, Groats, Etc.), Salad Or Boiled Vegetables 100 G And Juice Or Compote Min 200 Ml. The Second Course Weighing 300 G May Also Include: Dumplings, Stuffed Cabbage, Dumplings, Pasta With Sauce, Croquettes, Pancakes With Stuffing And Juice Or Compote Min 200 Ml Plus Fruit Min. 50 G, Moreover: • Vegetables Or Fruit Were Served In Each Meal, • A Portion Of Fish Was Served At Least Once A Week, • No More Than Two Portions Of Fried Food Were Served From Monday To Friday, With Refined Vegetable Oil Being Used For Frying With The Content Of Monounsaturated Acids Above 50% And The Content Of Polyunsaturated Acids Below 40%; 6) The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop A Monthly Menu (A Template Of The Menu List Form Is Attached As Appendix 4 To The Tor). The Menu Should Include Products From Each Group, Be Varied, Balanced, Diverse, Tasty And Adapted To The Season And Holidays. 7) The Menu Should Be Presented To The Ordering Party By The 28Th Day Of A Given Month For The Following Month For Approval By The Ordering Party And Posted In Each Outlet. The Contracting Authority Allows The Contractor To Present A Weekly Menu, But Such A Menu Should Be Received By Thursday Of The Previous Week For The Next Week And Should Be Posted In Each Facility. The Menu Should Be Prepared In Such A Way That It Is Possible To Clearly Read The Names Of The Products, The Weight, The Days On Which The Given Product Will Be Issued. All Meals Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Laws, In Particular In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 2021, As Amended). ) Including The Implementing Provisions To This Act. It Is Absolutely Necessary To Comply With The Standards For Nutrients And Food Products Set By The Institute Of Nutrition And Food. Meals Are To Be Prepared In Accordance With The Principles Of Rational Nutrition For Children And Teenagers.9) Prepared And Delivered Meals Must Be Made Of Fresh Food With Valid Expiry Dates. Meals Should Meet Nutritional Standards In Accordance With Polish Nutritional Standards For Children Of School And Pre-School Age.10) Meals Will Be Delivered In Thermoses And Containers That Maintain Their High Temperature (For Soup 75 ºc +/- 3 ºc, For The Second Course 65 ºc +/- 3 ºc) And Ready To Eat Upon Delivery. Vacuum Flasks And Transport Containers Should Be Kept Clean, While Washing And Disinfection Should Be Carried Out In The Contractors Premises. 11) Meals Will Be Served In Disposable Dishes, Including Cutlery Necessary To Eat A Meal. The Cost Of Dishes And Cutlery Is Borne By The Contractor. 12) The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect The Used Dishes On The Same Day Until 15Th (Along With The Collection Of Uneaten Meals) And Keeping The Room Used For Serving Meals Clean. 13) The Contractor Shall Bear The Costs Of Loading, Transport And Unloading All Deliveries Of Meals To Each Facility. Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of 17 April 2007 On The Collection And Storage Of Food Samples By Closed-Type Mass Caterers (Journal Of Laws Of 2007, No. 80, Item 545). The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Demand The Above Samples In Justified Cases. 15) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Check (Examine) Meals In Terms Of Quantity And Quality At Any Time. In The Event That Meals Do Not Meet The Requirements Set Out In This Specification, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Withdraw From The Contract With Immediate Effect. Meals Served Under The Contract Will Be Organically Produced Products In Accordance With Regulation (Ec) No 834/2007. The Contracting Authority Provides For Two Groups Of Organic Products: Group I Meat, Sausages And Poultry, Group Ii Fruit And Vegetables, Which Will Be Subject To Evaluation Under This Contract. For Given Products In Accordance With Regulation (Ec) No. 834/2007 Or National Certificates Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, By The 10Th Day Of Each Subsequent Month.
