Purchase Of Equipment For The Rehabilitation Of High School Project No. 1, Onesti Municipality Code Smis 2014+: 120964 - 6 (Six) Lots. For The Rehabilitation Of The Secondary School No. 1, The Municipality Of Onesti Obtained Non-Refundable European Financing By Signing The Financing Contract No. 7091 Dated 31.08.2021. In 2022, The Municipality Of Onesti Concluded The Works Execution Contract No. 656 Dated 05.05.2022 For The Project, Rehabilitation Of The High School No. 1, One ti Municipality And Now The Need To Purchase Equipment To Ensure The Smooth Functioning Of The Activity Of This Educational Institution Is Imposed. The Project Proposes A New Investment In The Educational Infrastructure, Namely The Rehabilitation Of The Secondary School, In The Municipality Of Onesti, Strada Casinului No. 15, Bacau County, To Ensure The Operation In Optimal Parameters Of The Provision Of Educational Services Dedicated To The Children Of The Locality, Services Adequate To High Quality Standards. In Accordance With Art. 160 Para. (1) From Law 98/2016 On Public Procurement, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, The Deadline Until Which Any Economic Operator Interested In Participating In The Public Procurement Procedure Has The Right To Request Clarifications Or Additional Information Regarding The Award Documentation Is The 14Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers. In Accordance With Art. 161 Paragraph (1) Of Law 98/2016 On Public Procurement, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, The Contracting Authoritys Response To These Requests Must Be Submitted On The 10Th Day Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers.
