Hcc Has Appointed Designgroup Stapleton Elliott (Dgse) To Act As Lead Design Consultant And Liaise With Us On Our Requirements. They Will Progress To The Design Development Stage Using The Concept Design Attached To This Roi. Dgse Will Hand Over Design To The Modular Construction Company For The Purposes Of Detailed Design, Working Drawings And A Building Consent Submission Which Will Be Lodged By The Modular Construction Company (Mcc). The Mcc Will Then Manufacture The Modular Units Off-Site, Transport The Units To Site For Assembly, Complete The Internal Fit Out And Re-Connect The Building To Existing Services. The Modular Construction Company Will Be Responsible For Code Compliance Certificate Prior To Opening The Neighborhood Hub.
