The Etrali Solution Was Put Into Service At Ratp Between 2000 And 2010. Operational And Critical Telephony Makes It Possible To Support Sensitive Line Operation And Safety Activities, Which Are Subject To High Service Commitments: • 100% Call Pick Up Rate. • Management Of All Incidents In Less Than 10 Min. • 700 Incident Sheets / Month. • 24/7 Operations. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Maintain The Current Fleet And To Deploy Additional Workstations According To Ratps Needs.
