The School Meals Are Cooked And Supplied By An Appointed Catering Supplier Fully Utilising The Kitchen Areas Located Within The School Premises. Wokingham Borough Council Assume Full Responsibility For The Maintaining, Repairing, Replacing And Legislative Checks To The Catering Equipment Including The Ventilation System To 19 Schools. This Solution Has Been Divided Into 4 Lots, Catering Equipment Reactive & Planned Maintenance/ Repair, High Level Cleaning, Ventilation Services And Light Kitchen Equipment. Suppliers Are Encouraged To Bid For One Or More Lots Of Their Choosing.
