Oulu Tilapalvelut Business Institution Requests Your Offer For The Renovation And Maintenance Service Of Building Automation Systems In Accordance With This Request For Tender And Its Appendices. Most Of The Building Automation Systems In The Public Service Properties Of The City Of Oulu Are Schneider And Fidelix Systems. The Majority Of Schneiders Systems Are Atmostech And Tac Vista Systems, Which Have Reached The End Of Their Life Cycle Or Have Expired. With This Procurement, Service Providers Are Being Sought For The Renovation And Subsequent Maintenance Of The Customers Systems At The End Of Their Life Cycle. The Supplier Is Responsible For The Renovation Of The Systems, Maintenance And The Provision Of The Cloud Control Room Service For The Renovated Objects With Additional Services. The Framework Arrangement Is Concluded With Three (3) Suppliers. The Service Is Produced In Finnish. The Customer Selects Suppliers For Renovations Of Building Automation Systems Primarily Through Mini-Competitions. The Customer Can Also Use Suppliers In Priority Order, In Which Case The Work Is Offered First To The Supplier Ranked First Without A Mini-Competition. A Separate Decision Is Not Made On Mini Tenders For Procurements Below The National Threshold Value Of Contracts. The Contract Can Also Be Used By Other Units Of The City Of Oulu. The Tenders May Not Contain Their Own Conditions. The Customer Has The Right To Reject All Tenders.
