1) Development Of Design Documentation In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program - Hereinafter Fup (Appendix No. 1 To Swz) Containing: A) Construction Design Developed In Accordance With The Construction Law Act, Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020 On The Detailed Scope And The Form Of The Construction Design And In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program - In Paper Form (5 Copies) And In The Form On A Cd/Dvd (2 Copies); B) Detailed Designs For The Entire Scope Of The Contract Developed In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Functional-Utility Program (Journal Of Laws, Item 2454). - In Paper Form (2 Copies) And In Electronic Form On A Cd/Dvd (2 Copies); The Investors Cost Estimate, Calculation Of The Planned Costs Of Design Works And The Planned Costs Of Construction Works Specified In The Functional And Utility Program - In Paper Form (2 Copies) And In Electronic Form On A Cd/Dvd (2 Copies); D) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works In Accordance With With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Design And In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program - In Paper Form (2 Copies) And In Electronic Form On A Cd/Dvd (2 Copies); 2) Obtaining The Right To Dispose Of Real Estate For Construction Purposes; 3) Obtaining Legally Required Decisions, Opinions, Arrangements (Including Permits) Water Law) And Checking The Design Documentation For The Planned Project; 4) Obtaining A Building Permit Or Effective Notification Of The Intention To Perform Construction Works (In Accordance With The Premises Resulting From The Construction Law) And Other Necessary Administrative Decisions; In Accordance With The Fup Constituting Appendix No. 1 To The Swz, Including In Particular: A) Execution Of A Ring-Distribution Water Supply Network In The Towns Of Godziszów I, Godziszów Ii, Godziszów Iii Along With Connections To Public Utility Buildings - The Water Supply Network Will Be A Source Of Drinking Water And For Fire-Fighting Purposes , The Estimated Length Of The Water Supply Network Planned For Construction Is 11.7 Km); B) Start-Up And Start-Up Of Installations And Facilities Constituting The Subject Of The Contract; 7) Obtaining, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, A Non-Valid Occupancy Permit Or A Certificate Of No Grounds For Raising Objections To The Notification Of The Construction Supervision Authority About The Completion Of Construction.
