At The Stage Of Order Execution, The Contractor Performs The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. 5. The Offer Must Be Unambiguous And Comprehensive, I.E. Cover The Entire Range Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Bid, The Content Of Which Will Allow The Employer To Verify The Bid In Terms Of Its Compliance With The Tor. The Content Of The Contractors Offer Must Correspond To The Content Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. In The Tender Form, The Contractor Must Indicate The Name Of The Offered Device, Manufacturer, Type, Model, Catalog Number (If Specified By The Manufacturer), Year Of Manufacture.6. The Contractor Declares That The Subject Of The Contract Offered By Him Meets All Applicable Legal Safety Standards, Polish And European Union Regulations.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Highest Quality Assortment, Brand New, Free From Physical Defects (Cannot Have Any Damage Or Defects Affecting The Quality, Functionality And Aesthetics Of The Product) Or Legal. 8. The Delivery Will Be Carried Out By The Contractors Transport, At His Cost And Risk. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Appendix No. 4 To The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged, Among Others, To For (General Information): A) Delivery, Insurance, Bringing The Subject Of The Order To The Indicated Room, Its Installation, Assembly And Start-Up; B) Prohibiting And Removing Packaging After The Delivered Subject Of The Order; C) Conducting Training For The Employees Of The Ordering Party. The Training Is To Cover Issues Related To The Use, Operation And Maintenance. The Purpose Of The Training Is To Enable Independent Use Of The Device By The Employers Employees. D) Provision Of Warranty Services For The Entire Subject Of The Contract.9. Guarantee And Warranty: 1) Details Regarding The Guarantee And Warranty Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Appendix 4 To The Tor. 2) The Employer Requires The Contractor To Grant A Minimum 24-Month Guarantee And Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Of The Contract. The Guarantee And Warranty Starts On The Next Day, After The Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract (Without Defects) In The Protocol. 4) The Guarantee And Warranty Period Is One Of The Tender Evaluation Criteria And May Be Extended. Payment Terms: 1) Payment Details Are Set Out In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Appendix 4 To The Swz. 2) Payment Deadline: 30 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of A Correctly Issued Invoice To The Contractors Bank Account Indicated In The Invoice. 3) The Date Of Payment Is Deemed The Date Of Debiting The Ordering Partys Bank Account.4) The Basis For Issuing The Invoice Is The Quality And Quantity Acceptance Protocol Signed By The Contractor And A Person Authorized By The Ordering Party.
