The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction Of A Polyurethane Running Track For 100M And A Long Jump Hill With A Polyurethane Inrun For 60M. The Area Is Equipped With Utilities And Has Paved Internal Roads. The Running Track And The Hill Should Be Built Along The Gradeline Of The Existing Terrain. In The Place Of The Running Track, There Is A Tin That Should Be Moved To Another Place On The Plot Indicated By The Employer, A Fence To Be Demolished - 39 M And A Post With A Backboard And A Basketball Basket - To Be Moved. Area Of The Running Track Per 100 M - 634.80 M² The Long Jump Hill - 114.89 M². The Running Track And The Long Jump Inrun Should Be Made On An Aggregate Foundation, On Compacted Native Soil With Compaction To Is = 0.98. The Sand Draining Layer Should Be Made 20 Cm Thick With Compaction To Is = 0, 98. On The Drainage Layer, Make A Layer Of Crushed Stone Aggregate With A Fraction Of 0-31.5 Mm Thick. 20 Cm, The Layer Should Be Covered With An Et Layer - Elastic Permeable Base Layer, Th. 35Mm. Do Not Use Aggregate From Limestone Rocks. Layers Of Foundation And Pavement: - Native Soil (Compacted To Is 0.97) - Drainage Layer From Sand, Thickness. 20.0 Cm (After Compaction) - Crushed Stone Aggregate, Fraction 0-31.5 Mm - Thick. 20.0 Cm (After Compaction) - Et Stabilization Layer - Th. 3.5 Cm Polyurethane Surface, E.G. Type Epmd Two-Layer - Th. 14.0 Mm There Is A Running Track Of 100 M, A Field In Front Of The Starting Line Of 3 M, A Distance Of 100 M And A 17 M Runway. The Length Of The Entire Raceway Is 120 M. The Width Of The Tracks Between The Lines Is 1.22 M. The Cross Slope Of The Raceway Is 1%. Treadmill And Run-Up Limited By A Concrete Resistance 8 X 30 X 100 Cm On A Concrete Bench With Resistance. Use Resistors Around The Track And Around The Inrun To The Long Jump. On The Running Track And Inrun, Cover The Top Of The Resistance With Polyurethane. The Surface Of The Running Track And The Inrun Of The Long Jump. The Flexible Polyurethane Surface Of Blue Color (Modrak) With A Thickness Of 14 Mm. 3Mm Thick. Bottom Layer 11 Mm Thick - Jointless Elastic Layer Permeable To Water, Laid By Machine (Mixture Of Black Rubber Granulate, Fraction 1 - 4 Mm, Combined With A Polyurethane Binder). 3Mm Thick Wear Layer - Machine Laid By High-Pressure Spraying Of A Polyurethane System Supplemented With Epdm Granulate, Fraction 0.5 - 1.5 Mm. Track Lines Will Be Applied To The Surface With Specialist Polyurethane Paint. The Surface Should Be Of Uniform Thickness And Have A Uniform Texture And Color. The Wear Layer Should Be Permanently Bound To The Elastic Layer. It Must Be Water Permeable. The Polyurethane Surface Should Be Intended For Use On The Construction Site. The Surface Should Meet The Requirements Of Pn-En And Din18035-6 Standards And Have A Pzh Certificate And A Technical Card Of The Offered Surface Confirmed By The Manufacturer. Surface Parameters: - Water Permeability 2116Mm/H - Friction Coefficient 101 - Dry Surface 57 - Wet Surface - Tensile Strength 0, 66 Mpa Elongation 52% Vertical Deformation 1.33 Mm Force Reduction/Shock Absorption 36% Colors Of The Running Track And The Long Jump Inrun - Blue - Blue, White Lines.
