The Subject Of The Contract Is A Construction Work Consisting In: Installation In A Continuously Operating Hospital And Sanatorium Building, With The Purchase And Connection Of A New Control And Alarm Control Panel(S). The Currently Existing Installation - Incomplete, With A Fire Alarm Function For The Porter On Duty, And With Notification To The Poviat Fire Department In Nowy Targ - Must Remain In Operation Without Disassembly Until The Function Is Effectively Taken Over By A New, Complete Installation.2. According To The Technical Design Presented In This Proceeding, In 2020: A) Smoke Vents Were Made On All 5 Evacuation Staircases (They Are Complete, Operational), They Should Be Switched Over To The Modernized New System. C With Independent Second Back-Up Power Supply - Operational, Smoke Extraction Simulation Has Been Performed, Should Not Be Repeated. C) Cable Approaches Have Been Made To The Door To The Electric Holders In The Evacuation Staircases And On The Borders Of Fire Zones That Are Not Connected, They Should Be Supplemented With Electric Holders And Effectively Activated. Must Be Connected To The New System.3. According To A Separate Design, A Suction Set With Complete Wiring And Connection In The Elevator Shafts And Suction Simulations Should Be Made - According To The Submitted Application And Agreed With The Inspectorate Of The Office Of Technical Inspection In Krakow, In Agreement With The Company: Zakład Elektromechaniczny Marian Młynarczyk, Rząska, Ul. Sucha 1, 30-199 Krakow; Which Performs Contractual Maintenance Of The Passenger Lift In The C Evacuation Staircase, And With Otech Sp. Z O. O. St. Dukielska 83, 38-300 Gorlice, Which, According To The Agreement, Is Obliged To Maintain The Passenger Lift In Staircase I. Above Item Missing In The Bill Of Quantities - Works And Material Should Be Valued According To Own Calculation.4. Lower Air Vents Should Be Provided On The Remaining 4 Escape Staircases (Not Only The C Staircase; With Active, Automatically Opening Surfaces Presented In The Design. This May Involve The Need To Make, For Example, An External Window That Opens Automatically To The Outside In Case Of The Need To Vent Smoke From The Staircase A, As The External Aluminum Doors Are Double-Leaf With One And A Half Wings, Which May Not Result In Opening The Required Airflow Area By The Automatic Actuator. It Is Necessary To Provide For The Installation Of New, Coded Locks (In The Doors In The Above-Mentioned 4 Escape Staircases) After Liquidation Of The Existing Key-Operated Doors. A Simpler Solution May Be For The Contractor To Purchase New Leaves Of Glazed External Doors. 5. All Installation Penetration Seals Should Be Made At Passages Through Fire Walls. Trays With Installations And Their Disposal.7. As-Built Documentation (Drawings And Descriptions) Should Be Prepared, Containing The Updated Technical Design With The Changes Made During The Execution And Agreed Upon. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Present The Protocols Of Measurements And Test Run Of The Entire System - Together With The Already Modernized Part.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Design Documentation, I.E. The Attachments To This Specification Listed Below: A Basic Design Documentation And The Elevator Shaft Documentation. B Of The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works.C Bill Of Quantities. Note: The Enclosed Bills Of Quantities Contain The Positions And Quantities Of Materials Of The Executed Smoke Dampers And The Mechanical Air Supply Of The C Staircase, As Well As Part Of The Wiring To The Electroholders And Power Supply From The Front Of The Main Current Switch! The Bills Of Quantities Will Be Used By The Contractor Only As An Auxiliary In Order To Get Acquainted With The Subject Of The Contract And During The Performance Of The Contract May Not Constitute The Basis For The Contractors Claim On Account Of The Information Contained Therein.
