The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Software For The Gda sk University Of Technology Intended For Equipping The Universitys It System That Supports Infrastructure Supporting Management, Research Projects And The Teaching Process.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Contained In Appendix 1 To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right Under The Following Conditions: A) Up To 100% Of The Value Of The Basic Contract; B) Contracts Under The Option Right Will Be Implemented On The Same Terms As The Basic Contract, At The Prices Of The Basic Contract, After Using The Amounts Of Contractual Remuneration Allocated Accordingly For The Performance Of The Basic Order; C) The Optional Order Does Not Constitute The Ordering Partys Obligation To Award It, And Does Not Constitute Grounds For The Contractor To Claim Damages For Failure To Perform This Order. The Ordering Partys Declaration Of Will On The Implementation Or Abandonment Of The Optional Order Is The Sole Right Of The Ordering Party;4. The Contracting Authority Does Not Require The Contractor To Perform Key Tasks In Person.5. The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor.6. The Contracting Authority Requests That The Economic Operator Indicate In Its Tender The Part Of The Contract That It Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Appendix No. 5 To The Swz.
