The Subject Of The Order Is Comprehensive Sale Of Gaseous Fuel For Buildings Administered By The Suszec Municipality And Subordinate Organizational Units, In The Period From September 1, 2023 To August 31, 2024, Hereinafter Referred To As The Order. The Sale Of Gaseous Fuel Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Applicable Quality Standards, Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of 10 April 1997 Energy Law And The Executive Acts To This Act. The Quality Parameters Of Gaseous Fuels Are Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of 2 July 2010 On Detailed Conditions For The Functioning Of The Gas System.
