The Scope Of The Contract Includes The Purchase Of The Following Stands: Hydraulics And Electrohydraulics As Well As Pneumatics And Electropneumatics For The School Complex Of The Agricultural Education Center In Nakło Śląskie And Their Delivery. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Description Of The Employers Requirements In Terms Of Implementation And Acceptance Are Defined By: 1) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Constituting Appendix 1 To The Swz 2) Draft Contract - Constituting Appendix 3 To The Swz.3. The Contractor Shall Provide The Purchaser With A Guarantee And Warranty For The Performed Subject Of The Contract For A Period Of At Least 12 Months (In Words: Twelve Months), Counting From The Date Of Signing By The Purchaser And The Contractor The Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Contract Without Any Defects Found.
