The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Provision Of Laundry Services For The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With The Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements For Disinfection And Washing Processes, Depending On The Assortment, As Well As The Technology And Conditions Applicable In Health Care Facilities.2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Provision Of Laundry Services, Including In Relation To The Items Given For Washing: Disinfection, Dry Cleaning, Washing With The Use Of Appropriate Detergents, Removal Of Stains Of Organic Origin, Rinsing, Drying, Starching /Bed Linen, Medical Clothing, Tablecloths And Napkins/, Mangling, Ironing, Ongoing Repair, Segregation And Packaging Of Items Listed In Appendix No. 1 To The Agreement, Hereinafter Jointly Referred To In The Agreement As Laundry Services. 3. The Quantities Provided In Annex No. 1 To The Agreement Constitute The Estimated Consumption And May Be Reduced In Relation To The Quantity Specified In The Annex To The Agreement, Without Constituting The Ordering Partys Obligation To Fully Implement It, Nor The Basis For The Contractor To Pursue Claims For Damages For Failure To Use The Maximum Orders.4. It Is Required To Use Technologies That Guarantee High Quality Of Service In Accordance With The Requirements In Force In The Health Service, Ensuring Full Compliance With Sanitary And Epidemiological Regulations. Also, The Premises Where The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Performed Must Meet The Requirements Of The Relevant Sanitary And Epidemiological Regulations For This Type Of Activity. The Means Used In The Performance Of The Order Must Have The Required Attestations And Certificates. In Addition, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Respect The Washing Conditions Specified On The Information Label On The Given Assortment. 5. The Contractor Shall Be Legally And Materially Responsible For The Laundry Services Performed In Terms Of Quality And Compliance With Sanitary Requirements Towards Control Authorities (Sanitary And Epidemiological Station, State Labor Inspectorate, Ohs).6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Pursue Claims Against The Contractor In The Event Of Damage To Persons (Patients/Curatives, Employees Of The Ordering Party Staying In The Sanatorium/ Arising In Connection With The Provision Of The Service Being The Subject Of The Order. A) The Ordering Party Shall Collect Dirty Items To Perform The Laundry Service Three Times A Week, I.E. On Monday, Wednesday And Friday, With The Proviso That Dirty Items From Friday Will Be Returned To The Ordering Party After The Laundry Service Is Performed On Monday. B) Collection Of Dirty Items For The Performance Of The Laundry Service Will Be Made By The Contractor From The Seat Of The Ordering Party In Special Packaging Delivered By The Contractor At Its Own Expense In The Amount Appropriate To The Number Of Items Provided For The Performance Of The Service. Its Execution Will Be Confirmed By Persons Authorized In Accordance With The Contract, A Quantitative Acceptance Document Containing: A List Of The Type And Quantity Of Dirty And Clean Assortment And Items Remaining In The Laundry. D) The Return Of The Items After The Laundry Service Will Be Carried Out By The Contractor Within 48 Hours From The Moment Of Collecting The Dirty Items From The Ordering Party. E) Collection And Delivery By The Contractor Of Items Covered By The Laundry Service Will Take Place Between 09.00 - 12.00 At The Seat Of The Ordering Party From The Side Of Ul. Boczna / In The First Place Sh, Zp, Dr, Dż Departments), At The Contractors Cost And Means Of Transport, The Means Of Transport Must Meet Sanitary Requirements For The Provision Of Laundry Services. F) The Contractor Is Obliged To Bring Items To The Premises After The Laundry Service Indicated By The Ordering Party And To Take Items From These Rooms For The Laundry Service. Disclaimer: The Ordering Party Requires That The Shirring Tape At The Curtains Should Not Be Untied During Washing. It Must Remain Intact, I.E. In The Same Condition As It Was Sent For Washing. Protective Clothing Should Be In A Form Suitable For Direct Use. In Addition, Segregation Should Be Made According To Departments: Nutrition Department (Dż), Natural Medicine Department (Zp), Hygiene Department (Sh - Segment A, B, C, D, E, F), Development Department (Dr). H) The Ordering Party Shall Inform The Contractor About The Identified Losses / Shortages Of The Assortment Within 2 Working Days Of Receiving The Items After The Laundry Service. The Contractor Is Obliged To Return The Missing Assortment Within 2 Working Days From The Notification Of This Fact By The Ordering Party. I) The Ordering Party Monitors The Quantity And Quality Of The Laundry Service On An Ongoing Basis, Carrying Out Ongoing Inspections. J) The Type Of Items Provided For The Laundry Service And Their Quantity Cannot Be Changed, Which Means That A Given Item Of Items Provided For The Service Cannot Be Replaced By The Contractor With A Different Assortment. Contractor.L) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Emergency Laundry Services, Outside The Hours Indicated In The Contract, I.E. With The Possibility Of Collecting And Delivering Items On The Same Day Within 4 Hours From The Time Of Notification Of The Need To Perform The Service Or With The Possibility Of Collecting And Delivering The Performed Service Of This On The Same Day Over 4 Hours Counting From The Time Of Notification, But Not Longer Than 7 Hours.
