The Subject Of The Contract Is: Purchase And Delivery Of Catering Equipment As Part Of The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of A Part Of The Building With The Change Of The Function Of The Library And Classroom Into A Dining Room In Primary School No. 1 In Otwock.2. The Equipment And Accessories Delivered Under This Procedure Are To Be Brand New, I.E. Unused, Undamaged, Not Regenerated, Not Encumbered With The Rights Of Third Parties Or Persons. 3. Equipment And Accessories Should Be Delivered In Intact Original Packaging Without Signs Of Tampering. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order, At His Own Expense And Risk, And To Unload It In The School Building.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Supervision And Control Of Deliveries And Assembly.5. The Scope Of The Contract In Question Includes The Delivery Of The Following Catering Equipment: According To Annex A To The Tor
