Tenders Are Invited For Renovation Works On One (1) Block Of Flat Purchase Of Tender Document: Tender Dossier Shall Be Obtained From The Property Management Corporation, CashierS Office, Room No. 8 At Ocean Gate House As From Tuesday 4Th July 2023 From 9Am To 3Pm Upon Payment Of A Non- Refundable Fee Of Sr150.00 Each. Deadline For Obtaining The Dossier Shall Be Tuesday 11Th July 2023 Not Later Than 2.30Pm. Potential Bidders Shall Provide A Copy Of The Valid License Upon Purchase Of The Tender Dossier And Shall Be Allowed To Inspect The Tender Dossier Prior To Purchase. Pre- Bid Meeting/ Site Visit: A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting Will Be Conducted On Thursday 13Th July 2023 At 9.30Am. The Meeting Point Will Be At The Grand Anse Mahe Petrol Station.
