12.1. The Subject Of This Contract Is: Construction Of A Lighting Cable Line In The Town Of Młodów, In Accordance With The Developed Design Documentation. As Part Of The Contract In The Basic (Guaranteed) Scope, The Following Works Are Planned: Tadeusza Kościuszki Street) On Plot No. 780 In The Town Of Młodów, Including: • Connection Point And So-2 Control Box • Street Lighting Poles And Luminaires (Circuit No. 1 From Pole No. 2/1 To Pole No. 14 /1 – Even)• Construction Of A Street Lighting Cable Line (Circuit No. 2 From Pole No. 3/2 To Pole No. 17/2); • Poles And Street Lighting Fixtures (Circuit No. 2 From Pole No. 1/2 To Pole No. 17/2) - Odd And Pole 12/2). As Part Of The Contract, The Optional Works Are Planned In The Following Scope: A) Option No. 1 - Construction Of A Street Lighting Cable Line By The Municipal Road (Connector Of Tadeusza Kościuszki Street To Św. Floriana Street) In The Town Of Młodów; B) Option No. 2 - Construction Of A Cable Line For Lighting The Pedestrian Route At The Provincial Road No. 867 (Ul. Tadeusza Kościuszki) On Plot No. 780 In The Town Of Młodów, Including: • Street Lighting Poles And Fittings (Circuit No. 1 From Pole No. 1/1 To Pole No. 13/1 - Odd Numbers); 2 From Pole 2/2 To Pole 17/2 - Even). The Scope Of The Contract, Both In The Basic (Guaranteed) And In The Optional Scope, Includes The Following Construction Works: Digging Trenches For Cables Laying Casing Pipes Vertical Excavations Mechanical And Manual In-Ground Installation Of Retaining Walls Mechanical Pipe Pushing Installation Of Grounding And Equalizing Cables Laid Loose Cable Laying Backfilling Of Cable Trenches Assembly And Erection Of Poles Filling A Layer Of Sand At The Bottom Of The Cable Trench Digging Cable Trenches In A Manner Manual Laying Of Cables In Cable Trenches Assembly Of Wires To Lighting Fixtures Assembly Of Led Outdoor Lighting Fixtures On A Pole Assembly And Erection Of Poles Double Height Assembly Of A Painted Aluminum Road Lighting Control Cabinet Measurement Of Electrical Installation Insulation Resistance Cable Line Testing Tests And Measurements Zeroing Efficiency Installation Measurement Works For Linear Earthworks The Remaining Scope Specified In The Bill Of Quantities. The Devices Planned For Assembly Should Have The Enec Certificate And The Enec Plus Certificate. The Scope Of Construction Works Planned To Be Performed As Part Of The Investment Is Set Out In Annex 8 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Basic Scope And Optional Scope). The Condition For The Ordering Party To Exercise The Option Right Will Be The Possession Of Funds For The Order Covered By The Option Right Resulting, Inter Alia, From From Obtaining Savings In The Tender Procedure And From Obtaining Additional Funds. The Condition For Activating The Option Right By The Ordering Party Is Submitting A Written Declaration Of Will To Exercise The Option Right. If The Purchaser Does Not Exercise The Option Right, The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claims In This Regard. In Connection With The Above, The Exercise Of The Option Right, I.E. The Submission Of The Statement Referred To Above, Will Take Place No Later Than 14 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. After This Deadline, The Ordering Party Will Not Be Able To Exercise The Option Right, Unless The Order Completion Date Is Extended Based On The Premises Resulting From The Provisions Of Appendix No. 7 To The Tor - Draft Contractual Provisions. In This Case, The Deadline For Submitting A Statement On Exercising The Option Right Will Be Extended By The Period Resulting From The Extension Of The Contract Performance Deadline. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In Annex 8 To The Tor. Other Terms And Conditions Relating To The Performance Of The Contract Are Set Out In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Attachment No. 7 To Swz.12.3. The Requirements (Obligations) For The Contractor Are Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Appendix No. 7 To The Swz.
