Part 1: Adaptation Of The Unused Attic For Office Space In The Building Of The Brzozie Commune Office 3 Office Rooms, A Conference Room And Social Rooms Are Planned. The Reconstruction Will Consist Of Separating The Rooms With Partition Walls, Installing New Suspended Ceilings, Floors, Plumbing, Central Heating And Electrical Installations As Well As Roof Windows. The Adapted Facility Is Four-Storey, Designed With A Basement, Made Of Brick With A Multi-Pitched Wooden Structure Roof. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Equip The Conference Room With A Conference Table, Benches, Chairs And A Conference And Voting System. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In An Active Building. The Performance Of Works May Not Interfere With The Work Of The Municipal Office. During The Execution Of Construction Works, The Place Of Works Should Be Secured In Such A Way As To Avoid Any Accidental Damage To People And Property. Work Can Be Performed From Monday To Friday From 7:00 To 18:00. The Hours Of Performing Particularly Loud Works Must Be Agreed With The Employer. Construction Works In The Building Should Be Carried Out In Such A Way As Not To Damage The Existing Installations In The Building. For Any Damage To Existing Installations During Construction Works, The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility And Is Obliged To Remove Them. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Attachment To Swz No. 11 - Design Documentation. That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, The Contractor, When Valuing The Offer, Should Be Based On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation And Stwiorb. The Bill Of Quantities/Offer Cost Estimate Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. Occurrence During The Performance Of The Contract Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities/Offer Cost Estimate Or Works In A Larger Amount Than Those Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities/Offer Cost Estimate Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration, If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation Or Stwiorb.
