The Main Objective Of The Passat 3 Project Is To Strengthen Environmental Protection In Madagascar Through A Major Commitment Of Public And Private Institutions In The Sustainable Management Of Solid Waste And In The Adoption Of Measures Aimed At Mitigating The Environmental Impact. Of Climate Change. As Part Of Its Activities, The Passat 3 Project Launches An Open Call For Tenders To A Group Of Individual Consultants And/Or A Consulting Firm To Carry Out A Mid-Term Evaluation; The Objective Of This Evaluation Is To Measure The Results Obtained In Terms Of Effects And Impacts, The Effectiveness And Quality Of Project Implementation, The Approaches Developed And The Lessons Learned During Implementation In Order To To Formulate Orientations Likely To Improve The Next Steps Or Interventions Of Whh. This Study Is An Opportunity To Assess The Results Achieved As Well As The Effects Induced By The Implementation Of The Project In View Of The Logical Framework.
