The Contractor Shall Deliver And Unload The Above-Mentioned Materials On Its Own, At Its Own Cost And Risk, To The Square Of The District Road Management Board Of The Road And Bridge District No. 2 In Stoczek Łukowski, Ul. Kościelna 11. The Document Confirming The Completion Of The Delivery Is The Acceptance Report /Wz/. The Ordering Party Is Not Responsible For The Return Of The Pallets. The Cost Of Pallets Should Be Included In The Price Of Materials.3. The Contractor Shall Provide At Least A 36-Month Warranty For The Delivered Materials, Counting From The Day Following The Date Of Completion Of The Subject Of The Order.4. The Supplied Materials Must Comply With The Standards Or Their Updated Versions As At The Date Of Submission Of Tenders: Pn-En 1338:2005 For Pavers, Authenticated By Relevant Current Tests Performed By An Entity Authorized To Control Quality, Corresponding To The Standards Of Resistance To Weather Conditions - D Marking, Abrasion Resistance - Marking H, Or Equivalent. Pn-En 1340:2004 For Concrete Curbs, Authenticated By Relevant Current Tests Performed By An Entity Authorized To Control Quality, Corresponding To Resistance To Weather Conditions - D Marking, Abrasion Resistance - H Marking, Or Equivalent. 5. The Contracting Authority Does Not Envisage The Possibility Of Awarding Contracts To The Existing Contractor Pursuant To Art. 214 Sec. 1 Point 8 Of The Public Procurement Law Consisting In Ordering Additional Supplies.6. If, In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Has Indicated Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Equivalent Solutions, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters, Etc. The Parameters Specified In The Order Documents Should Be Treated As Minimum In This Case.8. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Prove That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Contracting Authority. In Such A Case, The Contractor Shall Attach To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Together With Its Description Or Standards.9. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Sec. 1 Point 2 And Par. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Employer Allows Equivalent Solutions.10. Any Proper Names, Trademarks, Patents And Place Of Origin Indicated By The Employer In The Swz Are Justified By The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Contract And Are Intended To Indicate Only The Quality And Parameters Of The Subject Of The Contract Due To The Lack Of Other Sufficiently Precise Terms That Would Allow To Describe The Subject Of The Contract In This Part In In An Unambiguous And Exhaustive Way. 11. Pursuant To Art. 101 Sec. 5 Of The Act, A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Contracting Authority Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Proposed Solutions Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract To An Equivalent Extent In Terms Of Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems.
