The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation And Delivery Of Meals To The Ordering Partys Branch Located In Czersk, Province. Pomorskie, In The Period From September 1, 2023. By August 28, 2024, According To 4 Menus Prepared By The Ordering Party, Which Are Attached To The Terms Of Reference And Will Be Valid On The Following Dates: Summer: From July 1 To September 30, Autumn: From October 1 To December 31 Winter: From 1 January To 31 March, Spring: From 1 April To 30 June. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Menu To An Equivalent One. Changing The Menu To An Equivalent One May Take Place In Particular In The Event Of A Deterioration In The Quality Of The Meals Provided, Including Their Taste And Appearance, As Well As The Introduction By The Contractor Of Poor Quality Products Affecting The Quality Of The Service Provided, As Well As In The Event Of Withdrawal Of The Products From Which The Meals Will Be Prepared. - The Equivalent Menu Will Be Provided To The Contractor Two Weeks In Advance. If It Is Necessary To Introduce Other Types Of Diets Than Those Listed In The Menus, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Develop And Deliver Them Under The Current Contract - The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Additional Remuneration For This. Meals Will Be Prepared From The Contractors Own Products, Taking Into Account The Diets Used In The Center And Maintaining The Required Weight Of Products. The Number Of Prepared Meals Will Be Presented By The Ordering Party In A Weekly Schedule. As At The Date Of Announcement Of The Procedure, The Number Of Patients Treated Is 24 - Any Reduction Of The Order Will Not Result In The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Guarantees That Any Reduction Will Not Be Greater Than 15% Of The Order. The Ordering Party Also Informs That During The Execution Of The Order, The Indicated Number May Change Depending On The Actual Condition Of The Patients And May Amount To A Maximum Of 40 Patients. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Every Day, Regardless Of Holidays And Other Celebrations, The Ordered Meals At His Own Expense And Risk To The Branch Office Of The National Center For The Prevention Of Dyssocial Behavior In Czersk, Ul. Dworcowa 29, Province Pomeranian. Meals Will Be Delivered In Separate Disposable Packaging, I.E. Each Patient Will Receive Their Portions In A Dedicated Packaging, While The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Packaging Used By The Contractor Must Have Appropriate Certificates Allowing The Packaging To Come Into Contact With Food - Disposable Packaging For Packing Meals Will Be Provided By The Contractor. Requires That The Meals Are Packed In Disposable Packaging Containing One Portion Of The Meal And Placed In Thermal Insulation Bags, Separate For Hot Dishes And Separate For Other Dishes, Ensuring Proper Hygienic Conditions And Appropriate Temperature Of The Dishes, Delivered In Separate, Tightly Closed Disposable Packaging, I.E. Each Patient Will Receive His Portion Of Salad In A Dedicated Package. Hot Drinks Will Be Delivered In Appropriate Thermos Flasks. These Thermoses Are The Property Of The Contractor. The Flasks Must Ensure That The Optimum Temperature Of Hot Drinks Is Maintained During Transport From The Contractors Kitchen To The Ordering Partys Premises. Receipt, Washing, Scalding And Disinfection Of Thermoses Needed To Provide The Service Covered By The Contract Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Control The Records Of Washing And Disinfection Of Thermos Flasks Kept In The Contractors Kitchen. Disposal Of Packaging Used By The Contractor To Pack Meals Is The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party. Meals Will Be Delivered At Fixed Times, I.E.: Breakfast - 7.30 Am Lunch And Dinner - 12.45 Pm Meals And Beverages Provided Under The Signed Contract Must Be Delivered To A Designated Distribution Point In The Building Of The Branch Office In Czersk. This Place Will Be Indicated To The Selected Contractor With Whom The Contract Will Be Signed. Delivered Meals Must Be Fresh, With An Expiration Date And Hot, Except For Meals That Are Generally Eaten Cold. Hot Drink 80C, Lunch: Soup 75C; Second Course 63C; Potatoes/Pasta/Groats 63C, Salads/Salads 4C; Dinner: Hot Dishes 63Cthe Activity Referred To Above Will Not Be Conducted In The Ordering Partys Kitchen. The Performance Of The Service Should Take Place In Premises That Meet All Sanitary And Construction Requirements Provided For Premises Where Services Within The Scope Specified In The Procedure Are Performed. The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure, On His Own, The Necessary Tools, Devices, Materials, Products And Means Of Transport Needed To Perform The Service With Due Diligence And In A Correct Manner, In Accordance With The Contract And Applicable Law. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Appropriate Technical Resources, As Well As Personnel With Skills, Professional Experience And Knowledge To The Extent Necessary To Perform The Contract Throughout The Contract Performance Period, Including A Cook With Professional Experience Not Less Than Indicated In The Offer. Meals Must Be Prepared In Catering Rooms And Transported In A Means Of Transport That Meets The Hygiene And Sanitary Requirements. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract With Due Diligence And Comply With All Norms And Standards Applicable To The Provision Of The Service Covered By The Order. About The Ability Or Contraindications To Perform Work Where There Is A Possibility Of Transmitting An Infection Or Contagious Disease To Other People. The Contractor Is Responsible For Any Damage Resulting From The Performance Of This Contract, Including Exposure To Or Causing Loss Of Life Or Damage To Health Of Third Parties In Connection With The Performance Of The Contract. During The Delivery Of Meals, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Comply With The Regulations In Force At The Center. The Contractor With Whom The Ordering Party Will Sign The Contract Will Be Informed About The Above-Mentioned Provisions. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For Compliance With The Regulations In Force At The Center By The Employees It Employs. Meals Provided. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Inspect The Preparation Process And The Meals Themselves In Terms Of Quantity, Quality, Diet And Hygiene By A Designated Person, And To Inspect Vehicles For Transporting Food, As Well As Thermoses And Packaging In Which Food Is Transported, In Terms Of Hygiene. Food Samples, In Accordance With Sanitary And Epidemiological Regulations. The Contractor Shall Be Liable For Damages Caused By Improper Performance Of The Service, Found As A Result Of Inspections By Competent Authorities, Including The Sanitary And Epidemiological Station.
