Detailed Conditions And Manner Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Order In The Scope Of Delivery Are Set Out In Annex 4 To The Swz - Model Contract.4. The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Divided Into Two Tranches - One Delivery To The 32 Blt Warehouse (Gucin 58A), The Second Delivery To Jw. 1551 (Sieradz). 5. The Contractor Agrees That The Entire Order At The Packing Stage Should Be Divided Into Seven Parts In Accordance With The Orders Placed By The Ordering Party (For Units In Supply). Polish Army 78.7. The Contractor Undertakes To Issue Seven Invoices For The Order According To The Orders Placed By The Ordering Party. The Sum Of All Invoices Will Be Equal To The Total Gross Value Of The Order.8. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver And Carry All The Items Of The Agreement At His Own Expense And Responsibility To Two Warehouses Of The Ordering Party.
