Purchase And Installation Of A High Pressure Recovery, Compression And Storage System For Helium Gas;Purchase Of Valve System For Helium Recovery And Aima Connection. The Framework Agreement Will Be Executed Through The Issuance Of Purchase Orders. Each Lot Will Be Subject To A Separate Award. Lot 1 Concerns The Purchase And Installation Of A System Capable Of Recovering, Compressing And Storing Gaseous Helium At 300 Bars Which Will Be Sent To An External Installation For Its Liquefaction. The System Is Made Up Of Three Elements: A Gas Holder, A Compressor And 3 Frames Of 9 High Pressure Cylinders (300 Bar). Batch 2 Includes The System Of Valves Allowing The Recovery Of The Evaporated Helium (During The Filling Of The Magnets And During Their Normal Operation) And The Connection Of Each Magnet To The Recovery Line. Batch 3 Consists Of The Tanks Which Are Necessary For The Road Transport Of Liquid Helium And Its Use In Laboratories
