Public Service Delegation For The Operation Of The Maritime Link Between Fouras And Daix Island. The Purpose Of The Contract Will Be To Delegate The Operation Of The Fouras Ile Daix Maritime Link, The Management Of The Marketing And Information Space Dedicated To It In The Fouras Ferry Terminal And The Space At Home From The Port Of The Island Of Aix. It Will Be For A Period Of Approximately 8 Years And 6 Months From July 1, 2024, With An Option For An Extension Of 4 Additional Years. It Is Made In Application Of The 3Rd Part Of The Public Procurement Code And Articles L. 14111 Et Seq. And R.14111 Et Seq. Of The Cgct. Basically, The Investments Are Made By The Department And Made Available To The Future Delegate; As An Option, The Delegate Carries Out The Investments That The Department Finances Through Equipment Subsidies. The Delegate Must Be Remunerated Directly From The Users, According To The Rates Which Will Be Fixed In The Agreement.
