Rehabilitation Of Family Child Protection Unit (Fcpu) In Janzour, Libya Developing Juveniles Justice In Libya Is A Joint Programme Being Implemented By Undp, Unicef And Unodc In Close Collaboration And Partnership With The Ministry Of Justice, The Ministry Of Interior, The Higher Committee For Children, The Ministry Of Social Affairs, And The Social Solidarity Fund. The Programme Is Funded By The European Union Through The Mptf. This Project Aims To Promote And Strengthen A Child-Friendly Justice System In Libya In Accordance With Un Child Rights Convention (Crc) And Other Relevant International Legal Instruments Regarding Justice For Children. The Outcome Of This Project Includes Adopting Relevant Legislation, Policy, And Other Relevant Regulations To Strengthen Child-Friendly Justice For Children In Libya. As Agreed With The Participating Government Entities During Various Consultations, The Joint Programme Will Establish Technical Working Groups To Support The Implementation Of Activities.
