Gw Must Ensure That Each Of The Specified Systems In The Compliance Schedules Is Performing And Will Continue To Perform To The Performance Standards For Those Systems And Provide The Relevant Territorial Authorities An Annual Building Warrant Of Fitness (Bwof) In Accordance With Section 108 Of The Act. In Addition, Gw Owns Other Buildings Which Do Not Have Specified Systems And A Compliance Schedule Issued For It, But Considers It Important That Inspection, Maintenance And Reporting Procedures Are Also Undertaken For Relevant Systems Within Those Buildings To Ensure The Continued Safety Of The Public And Gw Personal Using Those Buildings. The Services Include: (A) Inspection, Maintenance And Reporting Procedures For The Specified Systems In Buildings In Accordance With The Relevant Compliance Schedules (B) Inspection, Maintenance And Reporting Procedures Of Relevant Systems In Buildings Where No Compliance Schedule Has Been Issued But To Ensure The Continued Safety Of The Public And Gw Personal Using Those Buildings.
