1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works, Consisting In The Replacement Of Window Joinery, Replacement Of The Heating System And Other Other Works, Described Below.2. The Contractors Duties Will Also Include Connection, Start-Up, Leak Tests And Acceptance Of Devices And Installations, Together With Incurring Any Costs Of Preparing The Documentation Necessary To Carry Out These Activities.3. The Detailed Scope Of Works Has Been Described In The Design Documentation: In The Bill Of Quantities, Drawings, Technical Design And In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwior): - Plugging The Openings, - Disassembly Of Window Joinery, - Disassembly Of External Window Sills, - Installation Of Warm Under-Sill Profiles (Xps), - Installation Of Extension Profiles, - Installation Of Windows, - Installation Of External Window Sills, - Installation Of Plaster On The Inner Window Wall, - Other Accompanying Works , Undescribed And Necessary For The Proper Execution Of Construction Works. Note! The Replacement Concerns Only Part Of The Windows, In Accordance With The Attached Diagram - Figure A-1 And Figure A-2. The Disassembly Of The Windows Should Be Carried Out Without Interfering With The Existing Insulation Of The Walls And Structure. It Is Unacceptable To Dismantle The Insulation From The Walls And External Reinforced Concrete Columns. However, If As A Result Of Disassembly Works, Any Element Or Construction Material Becomes Detached, Detached Or Destroyed, The Contractor Shall Perform All Repair Works Necessary To Restore The Original Condition, Including Reconstruction Of The Structure, Texture And Color Of The Façade.
