C) The Tractor Must Have All The Documents Necessary For Completion Of Formalities Related To Admission To Traffic On Public Roads In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. D) The Tractor Can Be Imported From Abroad, But It Must Be After All Customs And Tax Payments, Prepared For Registration.1.2. Minimum Technical Parameters Of The Tractora) Year Of Manufacture - Not Older Than 2005B) Power - 105 Km - 150 Kmc) Number Of Working Hours - Max. 10,000D) Number Of Cylinders - 6, E) Displacement - Min 5000 Cm3f) Changing Direction With Reverseg) Drive - 4X4h) Front Hydraulic Three-Point Linkage) Cab With Air Conditioning, Heating, Radio, Pneumatic Seat, Passenger Seat1.3. Other Requirements Of The Ordering Party) Together With The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Shall Provide The Ordering Party With All Operating Instructions In Polish And All Other Required Documents, Certificates, Attestations, Approvals, Admissions To Traffic On Public Roads, Etc. , Dents And Other Visible Mechanical Damage, With The Exception Of Normal Traces Resulting From Operation. C) The Purchaser Reserves The Right To Verify The Compliance Of The Tractors Data Specified In The Offer And The Level Of Its Efficiency With The Actual State By Means Of A Diagnostic Test Of The Tractor By An Authorized Service At The Contractors Headquarters. The Study May Be Carried Out At The Stage Of Examination And Evaluation Of Tenders, Before Selecting The Tender And Signing The Contract. The Cost Of The Examination Is Borne By The Ordering Party. D) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Ordering Partys Registered Office.
