Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Services, In Cooperation With The Court Bailiff, Of Emptying People And Property From Selected Residential Premises To Temporary Premises Secured At The Expense Of The Contractor

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Services Consisting In Carrying Out, In Cooperation With The Court Bailiff, Factual Activities Aimed At Emptying People And Their Property From Selected Residential Premises In The Resources Of The Municipality Of Elbląg, Administered By The Municipal Buildings Authority In Elbląg, To Secured At The Expense Of Contractors Of Temporary Premises, In Order To Comply With An Eviction Order In The Absence Of Entitlement To Social Housing. The List Of Premises To Be Vacated And People Living In Them Will Be Made Available To The Contractor After Selecting The Most Advantageous Offer.2. The Scope Of Services Includes, Among Others: 1) Intermediation In Cooperation With The Court Bailiff Indicated By The Contractor, In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Order To Vacate Residential Premises Managed By The Employer Of People And Their Property, 2) Bringing About Effective Eviction And Securing It From The Legal Side And Logistics, Including: - Securing Storage Areas And Supervision Services For Movables (Property) Of Debtors, Transport Of These Movables, Porters, Locksmiths, Security, Medical And Psychological Service If Necessary, - Providing, If Necessary, A Place In A Shelter For Animals In The Vacated Premises, - Cooperation With The Elbląg Social Services Centre, In Special Cases, In Order To Take Actions Aimed At Surrounding The Evicted People, Care Of Community Workers In Order To Avoid The Risk Of Homelessness Of The Evicted People, - Securing Temporary Premises Needed To Relocate People Indicated By The Employer, Who Meet The Requirements Of The Enforcement Authority - In Accordance With Art. 1046 Of The Code Of Civil Procedure As Defined In The Act Of June 21, 2001 On The Protection Of Tenants Rights, Housing Resources Of The Commune And Amending The Civil Code - Packing, Lifting, Loading And Transport Of Furniture, Equipment And Equipment Of Residential Premises / Other Rooms From Buildings Indicated Each Time By The Employer And Unloading With Bringing To The Indicated Premises Or Their Storage, - Disposal: The Employer Requires That The Waste Generated As A Result Of The Execution Of The Works Be Transported And Stored At The Waste Disposal Site At The Expense Of The Contractor. (Along With A Set Of New Keys), Free From People And Their Property;7) Other Activities Necessary To Achieve The Goal, Which Is Effective Eviction From The Premises And Their Transfer Of The Vacated Premises To The Employer.8) Estimated, Forecasted Quantities Of Services Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Have Been Included In The Offer Form Constituting Appendix 1 To The Tor. The Quantities Of Services Contained In The Offer Form Are Only Indicative, Used To Compare Offers And In No Case Constitute An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Perform Them In The Given Amount. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim In This Respect. 9) The List Of Premises To Be Vacated Of People Living In Them And Their Property Will Be Provided To The Contractor Successively During The Term Of The Contract. Is At Least One Person.
