1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation And Delivery Of Three Ready-Made Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea And Still Spring Water (Catering) For Pre-School Children Aged 3-6 Attending The Kindergarten In Igołomia. The Service Concerns The Delivery Of Meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea And Still Spring Water Delivered In A Collective Package To Be Spilled By The Kindergarten Staff) For Approx. 65 Children, In The Period From 01/09/2023 To 31/07/2024. (In The Month Of August 2024, Holiday Break) - Which Is 229 Days (Approx. 14,885 Man-Days). Meals Must Be Served 5 Days A Week, Excluding Days Off From Pre-School Classes. The Number Of Children On Meals May Fluctuate During The Term Of The Contract. The Number Of Meals Will Change Depending On The Attendance Of Children Or Changes In The Declarations Of Parents Who Want To Feed Their Children. The Number Of Meals Cannot Be More Than 88 Children (In July 2024 For Max. 50 Children).2. Preparation Of Breakfast, Lunch And Tea In Accordance With The Recommended Nutritional Standards For The Age Groups Of Preschool Children (Age 3 - 6). The Daily Menu Includes: Breakfast - Milk Soup Or Milk Dishes And Derived Milk, Sandwich, Tea. Dinner Is To Be A Two-Course Meal, Meat/Fish With Varied Salads Or Boiled Vegetables. Potatoes, Groats, Rice Or Pasta Can Be Served As An Alternative To Meat. The Meal Can Also Be Dumplings, Pancakes, Dumplings, Pasta With Sauce And Croquettes, Etc. Soup In The Amount Of 200-250 Ml. Second Course: Approx. 150G Of Potatoes, Rice, Groats Or Pasta + Approx. 70G Of Meat Or Fish + Approx. 100G Of Salad Or Cooked Vegetables. Second Courses Such As Noodles, Dumplings, Dumplings, Stuffed Cabbage In The Amount Of Approx. 200G And Compote Or Drink. Afternoon Snack: Sandwich Or Sweet Roll (Cake, Cookies) Or Dairy Desserts, Fruit (Including Seasonal Fruit), Jelly, Pudding, Etc., Tea Or Milk Drink. For Frying, Use Refined Oil With More Than 50% Of Monounsaturated Fatty Acids And Less Than 40% Of Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids. During The Day, 100 Ml Of Still Spring Water Per Child, Delivered In A Collective Package To Be Spilled By The Kindergarten Staff.3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Number Of Meals In Accordance With The Demand Submitted On A Given Day By An Authorized Representative Of The Employer Until 8:30 A.M. Each Day - Leaving Samples Of Meals At The Contractors Premises. 4. The Contractor Will Deliver Meals At His Own Expense, In Specialized Thermos Flasks Guaranteeing The Maintenance Of The Appropriate Temperature And Quality Of The Transported Food. Prepared Meals Should Have The Temperature In Accordance With The Requirements, The Minimum Temperature Of The Soup Should Be 75ºc, The Main Course Not Less Than 63ºc, And The Maximum Temperature Of Cold Products (Salads) 10ºc.5. The Menu Will Be Prepared By The Contractor (Diversity And Uniqueness Of Daily Food Sets Are Recommended) For A Period Of 10 Days And Delivered To The Ordering Party For Prior Approval On The Form Specified By The Ordering Party. Any Changes In The Menu Suggested By The Ordering Party Will Be Binding For The Contractor. The Menu Should Be Written In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Agriculture And Rural Development Of December 23, 2014. On The Labeling Of Particular Types Of Foodstuffs (Journal Of Laws Of 2015, Item 29, As Amended) And In Accordance With Regulation (Eu) No. 1169/2011 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of October 25, 2011 On The Transfer Of Information On Food To Consumers (Journal Of Laws Eu L No. 304 Of 2011, Item 18, As Amended).6. The Daily Menu Includes: Breakfast, Lunch: Soup, Main Course With Salad, Compote Or Juice, Afternoon Tea And Spring Water.7. The Price Calculation Includes Meat Dishes, Semi-Meat Dishes And Vegetarian Dishes. 8. Meals Should Be Delivered According To The Following Cycle: 8.45 - 9.00 Breakfast Delivery To The Kindergarten; 11.30 – 12.00 – Lunch Delivery; 13.45 – 14.00 Tea Delivery To Kindergarten. 9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare And Deliver Meals Of The Highest Standard, Based On The Highest Quality And Safety Products In Accordance With Haccp Standards. When Planning Meals, The Recommended Energy Value And Product Standards Should Be Taken Into Account. Meals Prepared On The Basis Of Semi-Finished Products Are Excluded. 10. Meals Are To Be Prepared In Accordance With The Procedures Necessary To Ensure Food And Nutrition Safety, Taking Into Account The Provisions Set Out In The Act Of 25 August 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety, I.E. Journal U Of 2022, Item 2132) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of 26 July 2016 On The Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Youth In Units Of The Education System And The Requirements That Must Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of Mass Catering For Children And Youth In These Units (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 1154).11. Meals Must Meet The Nutritional Requirements Recommended By The Institute Of Mother And Child For Preschool Children Aged 3-6. The Caloric Value Of Each Meal Must Comply With The Nutritional Standards Of The Institute Of Food And Nutrition. 12. The Process Of Production And Distribution Of Meals Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With Sanitary Requirements, In Particular With The Requirements Of Good Hygiene Practice.13. The Ordering Party Will Require The Contractor To Provide Meals For A Group Of Children Of A Special Diet (Gluten-Free Children, Children With A Protein Defect, Children With A Diabetic Diet, Food Allergies And Other Food Diseases) As Part Of The Contract.14. In The Case Of Pre-School Children Going On A Trip, The Contractor Should Prepare, Within The Funds Allocated For A Given Day, The So-Called Packed Lunch. The Ordering Party Shall Inform The Contractor About The Planned Trip In Writing Or By Phone 7 Days In Advance. 15. The Contractors Duties Carried Out By Its Own Staff Include: 1) Preparation And Delivery Of Meals To The Kindergarten. Breakfast And Afternoon Tea Portioned For Each Child, Lunch In Bulk Thermoses For Portioning. Still Spring Water In A Collective Bottle For Portioning. 2) Collection And Disposal Of Waste Related To The Catering Service. 3) Making Monthly Settlements With The Ordering Party For Delivered Meals.
