This Icat Master Systems Integrator Services Request For Proposals Is An Invitation By The Province Of Nova Scotia (The Province) As Represented By The Minister Of Service Nova Scotia, For And On Behalf Of Build Nova Scotia (Bns) To Prospective Proponents To Submit Proposals For The Provision Of Icat Master Systems Integrator Services, As Further Described In The Rfp. The Successful Proponent’S Scope Of Services Shall Include Leading, Developing, Managing, And Effectively Communicating The Cbrh Campus Integration Strategy For Building And Clinical Systems. It Shall Be Done In Collaboration With Key Redevelopment And Information, Communications, Automation, Technology (Icat) Stakeholders. The Final Agreement Will Be Subject To Negotiation. The Initial Term Of The Agreement Will Be For A Period Of Five (5) Years. Bns Reserves The Right To Extend The Agreement For Two (2) 1-Year Extensions Beyond The Initial Term, For An Overall Potential Maximum Of Seven (7) Years In Total.
