New Construction Of The Bank Reinforcement In The Andernach River Port, 1.Ba. The Refurbishment Of The Sheet Pile Wall In The Andernach River Port Is Being Put Out To Tender. The Subject Of This Tender Is The 1St Ba From Rheinkm 612.090 To Rheinkm 612.255 With A Length Of Approx. 163 M. The Tender Is Divided Into 2 Lots: Lot 1 Bank Reinforcement; Lot 2 Place Fortification. In The Existing Rhine Port Of Andernach, Damage Was Found To The Sheet Pile Wall Of The River Port. Locally, The Existing Bank Sheet Piling Shows Strong Head Deformations Towards The Rhine. In Addition, The Existing Sheet Piling Is Unanchored And Designed With A Low Level Of Integration For The Local Conditions. Due To The Damage That Occurred And The Dimensions Of The Component, The Existing Bank Sheet Piling And The Immediately Adjacent Port Area Are No Longer Classified As Stable. In Order To Be Able To Guarantee The Stability And Usability Of The Berths And Transshipment Points In The River Port In The Future, The Port Sheet Piling Must Be Renovated. The River Port Of Andernach Is Located West Of The Port Of Andernach On The Rhine Between Km 611.732 And Km 612.620. The Section To Be Rehabilitated Is In The Area Between Rheinkm 611.732 And 612.255. Down The Rhine To Rheinkm 612.620 Is The “0. Ba”, Which Has Already Been Renovated With A New Bank Sheet Piling. The Remaining Section From Rheinkm 611.732 To Rheinkm 612.255 Is Divided Into Construction Sections One To Three. The Subject Of This Tender Is The 1St Ba From Rheinkm 612.090 To Rheinkm 612.255 With A Length Of Approx. 163 M. The Existing Bank Behind The Sheet Piling Is Partially Sloped. At The Head Of The Sheet Piling There Is A Reinforced Concrete Berm, Which Merges Into An Embankment Secured By Cast Armourstone. At The Head Of The Embankment Are The Foundations Of A Former Crane Runway And A Power Duct That Has Been Dismantled From An Electrical Point Of View. Investigations And Digging Have Revealed Further Remains Of Foundations Below The Port Areas, Which Must Be Demolished And Disposed Of As Part Of The Measure. The Fortified Harbor Areas Begin At The Rear Edge Of The Crane Runway Beam And Border On The Street Uferstraße In The South. The Port Areas Are Secured With An Asphalt Surface And A Corresponding Substructure. The Existing Port Areas Are Drained Via The Embankment/Sheet Piling Into The Rhine. At Km 612.255 On The Rhine, A Gravity Wall Connects To The Existing Bank Sheet Piling. The Existing Embankment Ends Here With A Steep Incline Towards The Gravity Wall. The Existing Bank Sheet Piling Of The Mooring Consists Of Larssen Iii Steel Double Planks With A Length Of Approx. 7 9 M And An Upper Edge At Approx. +54.10 M Above Sea Level. The Bank Sheet Piling Is Not Anchored. The Top Edge Of The Terrain Above The Embankment Is Approx. +58.40 M And Rises To The Uferstraße With A Transverse Gradient Of Approx. 3% To 6%. Along The Bank Sheet Piling There Are Five Reinforced Concrete Embankment Stairs At A Distance Of Approx. 35 M In The 1St Ba. In Addition, Seven Bollards With Reinforced Concrete Foundations Are Integrated On The Upper Edge Of The Embankment. Vertical Ladders And Niche Bollards Are Not In The Inventory. A Comprehensive Description Of The Tendered Service Is Contained In The Building Description And The Specification Of Services, Which Is Located In The Tender Documents. The Complete Fulfillment Of The Specifications And The Building Specification Together With All Appendices Is A Minimum Requirement And As Such Is Part Of The Contract. Start Of Execution: After Award Of Contract Completion By: Approx. February 2025
