Our Ti Tamariki And Rangatahi Service Remains Unchanged. This Application Is For The Ti Te Ata T, Ti Te Ata P And Ti Tamariki And Rangatahi Services: Ti Te Ata P (Before Dawn) Is Predominantly For Seriously Injured Clients/Kiritaki And Portrays The Aspect Of Hope Of A New Day Or A New Future, But It May Be Dark Right Now, The Pathway Is Not Predictable And Is Not Clear Right Now, But It Will Be. Ti Te Ata T (Dawn) Is For All Other Adult Clients/Kiritaki (Except Sensitive Claims). Generally, The Pathway To Recovery Is Known, This DoesnT Mean It Is Easy, There Are Many Bumps, Stairs To Climb And Curves To Negotiate. Ti Tamariki And Rangatahi Is For Clients/Kiritaki Aged Under 18 Years Or Between 18-21 Years And Still At School At The Time Of Receiving Service Who Have Been Assessed As Requiring Interdisciplinary Rehabilitation. Suppliers Can Apply To Hold Either One, Two Or All Three Of These Services. Referral Into The Ti Service Is Wholly Via Accs Case Management Function And Therefore Service Utilisation, Volume And Timing Remain Dependent On Acc Identifying Client/Kiritaki Need. Clients/Kiritaki Referred To The Ti Service Have A Degree Of Complexity And Non-Injury Related Factors Such As Co-Morbidities And Social/Cultural Considerations Surrounding Them.
