The Fda Signalizes Location And Timing Of Growth Around Each Urban Area Of The District. For The Fda To Culminate In The Desired Growth, Further Variation Of The Notified Plan Is Required To Achieve The Rezoning Of The Land. Elloughton South (Fda-1) And Kellands Heights East (Fda-2) Are The First Development Areas To Begin The Process Of Establishing Spatial And Area Plans, Ultimately Culminating In A Variation Of The Notified Plan. The Goal Is To Achieve The Rezoning Of Existing Rural Land (Fda-1 And Fda-2) As General Residential Land Through The Creation And Consenting Of A Comprehensive Development Area Plan (Dap) Identifying Land Uses Through A Spatial Planning Exercise And Creation Of Structure Plans Identifying Land-Use Patterns, Open Space Areas And Layout Of Primary Trunk Infrastructure Throughout The Urban Growth Area.
